What a qualified designer should follow to earn from Web

Although I work as a software architect and I specialize in Website "Development" technologies(Not a designer, Not even close to design field). I am luckily Asim Mughees's friend who is qualified designer. Catch him here "Illustration & Digital Painting".

I have been finding a web designer recently and we were trying to hunt a guy who would work on 15USD/Hour (from Pakistan, India, Russia, Bangladesh or Philippine). I went in Illustration & Digital Painting group for many times and I didn't find any help about web designer Huh! Man .... Common...... You can earn 30USD/Hour you are Qualified, I know in USA a toilet cleaner makes it :P but here its like 400,000 PKR. Now you don't tell me that its not attractive. I have seen a proud designer on odesk (from Pakistan who was taking 18USD). And He is not qualified-designer. When I say Qualified Designer I remind you of Bachelors/Masters in Arts and designing.

Now I wanna tell you guys that IF(and only if) you are interested to earn from WEB, I can tell you 4 super money making fields.

Brand Developer
By definition it looks like a Logo + Banner + Color Scheme + Hard Copy of Letter pad designer. But common research on it. Its NOT that. Brand development is the LEAD role and luckily its not bound to WEB. Become a Brand Developer if you can.

Website Designer
OK now you learn Html and CSS. You must know Input form controls(textbox, radio button, checkbox, list control, dropdown list control etc). Also Navigation trends, background trend,  constraints, Buttons, links, Image Links and things which a Qualified Designer will NOT know from university. When you have learned this and made a few sites at home for yourself or friends now you start your career from 10USD and reach 50USD.

Logo and Banner Designer
Must be an easier job for you guys :) Still MOST of web designers are doing THIS job. Which is funny because web designers are supposed to be web designers. But you hear from me, Logo designer is different from web designers.

Flow Narrator
This job is money maker like Brand Developer but its very very HARD to find OR when you find it, you find only from big boys who NEED flow narrators. So what exactly is flow narration, well its kind of HELP writing in ANY style. 
For example you see when Google announced Chrome they released a little help wizard. There you see crazy Cartoons and drawings to illustrate "How bad previous browsers were (espacially firefox) and how important it is to use an unbreakable Chrome browser only because all tabs take personal memory and one dead tab cannot affect other tabs. Although I have seen chrome dying.




These are some kinds of fields you should go in if you want WEB a medium of earning. I know you think about Video editors and all that stuff. But that is really coming from the level of Microsoft Word Art and I can't say its complete design field although at a LEVEL, IT IS!

I am not a designer if I made mistakes or you know more types of designers help me. I am very bad to User Interface.

Remembering the death

I came alone and I will go alone where I always will live alone; so I should live to always live alone.
